Orthomolecular Nutrition
A comprehensive nutritional program, which embraces the philosophy of ‘Food as Medicine’. These degree programs are thoroughly comprehensive, teaching a full scope of elements required for practice as a nutritional consultant or practitioner. Courses include evidence-based food science, anatomy, physiology, healthy weight management, toxicology, immune function, exito-toxicology, and setting up a practice.
For each degree program, various curriculum are provided to adhere to accreditation requirements, which includes 1) Lectures, 2) Question and Answers, 3) Case Studies, 4) Book reports and reviews 5) Client Clinical Studies, 6) Final Exam Essays.
These programs are of a 'hybrid format', providing the advantages of on-line classes, self-paced timelines, and on-site clinical study programs. The tuition for each course is $200-$250 (depending on the number of credit hours), plus the cost of books. This amount is determined by the customization of your individual programming. There is the flexibility of which, each course can be either be taken individually or as a degree program. The average tuition is approximately $1,200 per year of study, depending on your own pace. Customized degrees programs are available on request, to accommodate special interests of practice.
